I was born in India and from a very young age, had the desire to be a musician. As a teenager, I took music lessons, and played in a college band, while studying engineering. My focus during most of my adult life was on my career. In 2016, I attended a music camp and had so much fun there, that it rekindled my desire to make music with others. Since then I’ve played the electric bass in a number of bands in California and New Mexico.
I love my place in the rhythm section. Currently, I play with Renegade, a classic rock band that plays some original tunes along with our interpretations of popular rock songs.
I have played formally and jammed informally with a number of musicians and bands including an uptempo blues band, Knucklebone, Argentine rock band, Morfina Espiritual and surf outfit, The Beach Cruzers. I have also played in Chinese and an Indie rock bands. While not playing the bass, I love to ride my bike all over town and across the country.
